Method of use: 250-300mg per day (the size of a pea) during meals. It is recommended to conduct 4 courses a year lasting 3-4 weeks.
For rinsing, dissolve 1 g of Shilajit in 200 ml of warm boiled water, apply 3 times a day, a course of 7 days.
Externally, in the form of rubbing and compresses, dissolve 1 g of Shilajit in 50 ml of warm boiled water and apply 3 times a week for 1 month.
