Jam "Russian Forest" from blackberries is a special treat. He will definitely not leave you indifferent, because, a relative of raspberries, this berry has a special, delicate taste.
In Russia, blackberries grow mainly in its European part and in Siberia, gaining juice and sweetness by the beginning of autumn, when raspberries can no longer be found in the forest. During the ripening process, this berry changes color from green to red, eventually acquiring a black-purple color.
All facets and shades of blackberry flavor are preserved in this jam.
