Description
Green buckwheat is a cereal obtained from mature buckwheat grains by gentle peeling without the use of steaming technology.
It has a natural color, delicate aroma and a mild nutty taste.
An important difference from the usual steamed buckwheat is the ability to germinate. During germination, buckwheat synthesizes vitamins and antioxidants, and the protein turns into an easily digestible form.
Contains a live sprout!
