Danilo white Kvass is a naturally fermented drink made from a blend of water, sugar, rye malt, yeast, and citric acid, with a 7.8% alcohol content and 30 calories per serving.
We have prepared a delicious recipe using this beverage that will surely impress your guests!

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pork
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 grams of Danilo Classic Kvass
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- Bay leaf
- Baking bag

Instructions:
1. Rinse and pat dry the pork with a paper towel.
2. Chop the garlic and onions finely.
3. Rub the pork with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4. Place the meat in a glass or enamel dish large enough to accommodate it.
5. Heat the Danilo Classic Kvass to lukewarm and add honey or sugar, as well as bay leaf.
6. Allow the honey to dissolve and let the mixture cool.
7. Pour the kvass over the meat and refrigerate overnight.
8. After 12 hours, flip the meat over and remove the onions.
9. Place the onions in a baking bag, add the piece of pork, and seal the edges with clips.
10. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
11. Serve with your favorite side dish.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the bag of meat on the grill and, if necessary, place a baking tray or frying pan underneath the bag to catch any juices that may leak out. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the meat is tender.
