Sooshka / sushka - what could be easier? It seems that they have been around for ages, decorate the table and show a commitment to traditions that have lost their relevance in our age.   People treat sooshka in different ways, but there is no denying that this product from the dough has managed to make its contribution both to the history of cooking and to the cultural environment.   In Russia, the presence of sooshka was considered a sign of prosperity and gastronomic well-being. They decorated the houses – they hung them along the walls, near certain parts of the stove, next to the windows. Often, dried bread and bagels were decorated with festive loaves, wedding carts. When meeting the newlyweds, the matchmakers put beads made of dried fruits around their necks, thus granting them well-being.
