Cedar nut oil contains: a complex of vitamins E (tocopherol), A (retinol); micro- and macroelements: potassium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, etc.; a complex of Omega – 3-6-9 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Cedar nut oil has a restorative effect, eliminates chronic fatigue syndrome, increases physical and mental performance.
Regular use of Cedar nut oil helps to improve the digestibility and increase the activity of vitamins, primarily A, B, E, D
Regular intake of oils is recommended:
– for atherosclerosis (reduces cholesterol)
– for diseases of the cardiovascular system (normalizes blood pressure)
– to strengthen immunity
– as an antioxidant for rejuvenation of the body (vitamin E – "vitamin of youth")
– promotes the excretion of heavy metal salts, free radicals.
How to use: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
